Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of wear, damage, or signs of use. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards or items marked "Final Sale."
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
